Woman hit by bus hospitalised

An 81-year-old woman is in a serious condition in hospital after a bus struck her in Greater London.

The woman, along with a male pedestrian — who doctors have since discharged from hospital — sustained injuries on Bath Road, Hounslow, on Friday 3rd December.

Metropolitan Police detectives are asking for any witnesses to come forward and for motorists to check their dash cams.

The bus driver stopped at the scene and the force has not made any arrests in connection with the incident.
