Arrests over bus stabbing

Police have made two further arrests over the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old boy on a bus in Greater London.

Amateur boxer Tyler Hurley died in hospital after sustaining stab wounds while travelling on the 173 bus in Chadwell Heath on Monday 14th March.

A man and a woman remain in custody but the Metropolitan Police will not release any further information ‘for operational reasons’.

Last week, the Met charged 18-year-old Carlton Tanueh, of no fixed address, with murder; they also charged him with two counts of being in possession of an offensive weapon.
