Bus hits telegraph pole

A bus driver had a ‘medical episode’ before crashing into a telegraph pole in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, police say.
The incident, which saw the double-decker leave the road, occurred in Bristol Road, Quedgeley, at about 12 30 (12.30 p.m.).

The crash occurred near the Bristol Road Aldi store in Quedgeley, Gloucester
Paramedics and police attended the scene, near the Aldi store, with the county air ambulance landing in a nearby park.
The road is once again open but police have advised motorists to avoid the area while the bus’s recovery is taking place.
