Furzey Gardens at Minstead, planted originally in 1920, have an international reputation. Along with 3 ha (8 ac) of peaceful glades, there is also an ancient thatched cottage and a gallery.

NB: Neither the cottage or gallery was open at the time of our visit; this has sadly had a negative impact on the rating we have given here.
