Drug dealer jailed over bus crash

A court has jailed a convicted drug dealer for seven years and eight months after he killed a bus driver and injured 14 people in a multi-vehicle crash in Greater London.

Kenneth Matcham was ‘ejected’ from the bus he was driving when Dorjan Cera’s car struck it on Sevenoaks Road, Orpington.

Prosecutor Nathan Rasiah said Cera’s driving on Thursday 31st October 2019 had been ‘appalling’.

Cera pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey, the chief criminal court in England and Wales, to causing death by dangerous driving.
