The Gurkha Museum

At Peninsula Barracks off Romsey Road is The Gurkha Museum. This tells the history of the Gurkhas since 1815. Visitors are able to travel from the hills of Nepal to the North-West Frontier Province and beyond. Life-size dioramas with sounds and effects bring alive the Gurkha story.
