‘Never seen together’ buses on show

A bus museum in West Oxfordshire is hosting a display of 12 hand-picked heritage buses owned by collectors, the oldest one being more than 100 years old.

Oxford Bus Museum, situated in the village of Long Hanborough, is hosting the ERN1E’s Retro Wheels event until 16 00 (4 p.m.) tomorrow.

The museum is giving visitors the chance to ride on some of the buses, including the open-top Isle of Wight DDL 50.

Oxford Bus Museum said the vehicles, all of which are more than 60 years old, had ‘never been seen together before’.
