North London services withdrawn

Bus passengers in the north of the capital may experience disruption to their journeys after the sudden and indefinite withdrawal of eight Transport for London (TfL) services.
Sullivan Buses, which ran the 217, 298, 299, 327, 389, 399, 549, and W9 routes, said it ‘reluctantly’ took the decision to stop operating them.

In a statement the firm said ‘pressures on TfL’s funding’ had a ‘direct impact’ on its ability to run the services.
TfL said it was ‘working hard to provide alternative travel options for people in the north London area’.
