Police arrest man over bus crash

Dorset Police have arrested a man in his thirties following a crash between a bus and a car in the Wallisdown area of Bournemouth, Dorset.

The collision occurred on Wallisdown Road, near to the Mountbatten Roundabout, at about 20 00 (8 p.m.) on Tuesday 24th December.

The male driver of a blue Skoda Octavia and his female passenger, who are in their thirties, sustained serious injuries that required hospital treatment.

Dorset Police said it had arrested a man on suspicion of driving offences in connection with the incident.
