TfL confirms bus route restructuring

27 May 2025

Transport for London (TfL) has confirmed it will be restructuring the routes of some of its bus services in central London after ‘careful consideration’.

The changes will affect the 27, 30, and 205 routes, and follows a public consultation, held earlier this year, in a bid to make the services more efficient.

The restructuring will impact trips on the 30 and 205 between Paddington, Marble Arch, and Euston, while the 27 will get additional journeys to ‘mitigate’ the changes.

TfL acknowledged that the majority of the feedback from the consultation ‘did not endorse the proposals’, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS).
