A Devon bus operator ‘ran a service that was dangerous to the public’ at the time one of its vehicles crashed, injuring 37 people, a report has found.

A traffic commissioner investigated Stagecoach Devon after its Stagecoach Gold double-decker crashed into a field near Totnes on Saturday 5th October 2019.
