Man killed in crash with bus

A man in his seventies has died in a crash involving a bus and a car in Wembley, Greater London.

The Metropolitan Police attended the collision on Harrow Road — near to Chaplin Road — at 15 00 (3 p.m.) yesterday afternoon.

Although paramedics treated the man — who was driving the car — he died at the scene, the force said.

The Met added that the paramedics also treated ‘a number of people on the bus … for minor injuries’.
